Questions about pricing
What does Linkvite cost?
Designing, saving and previewing cost nothing, even without an account. You pay once per celebration when you unlock the invitation: Basic €37, Premium €74, Signature €134.
What is the difference between the packages?
Basic is for up to 60 invitations, Premium for up to 150, Signature has no limit. With Basic you send the link yourself, for example on WhatsApp. From Premium on we can send the invitations by email for you whenever you like, and remind everyone who hasn't replied yet automatically. You can also download the guest list for Excel, for seating and catering. Signature adds personal help with an answer the same day, by email, and you can hide the “Designed with Linkvite” line under the invitation. The overview of replies is the same in every package.
What counts as one invitation?
One entry on your guest list. A couple or a family is one invitation, no matter how many people it includes. If the celebration grows, you move up to the next package and only pay the difference.
How can I pay?
Depending on your device and country you will see Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, card or Klarna. Only instant payment counts, so there is no direct debit or bank transfer. The invitation is unlocked right after payment. All prices are final prices; as a small business we do not charge VAT.
Is there a discount for a second celebration?
Yes. From the second celebration you pay 20% less if you unlock it with the same account within 12 months. Every celebration is its own invitation with its own package: a rehearsal dinner with 60 guests costs €49, the wedding party with 220 guests then €143 instead of €179. If a promotion is running or you have a voucher code, the best price applies; discounts are never combined.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once per celebration, and nothing comes after that.
How long is the invitation online?
At least 24 months after the date of the celebration.
Can I withdraw or get my money back?
Linkvite delivers digital content. Before paying, you expressly agree at checkout that we unlock the invitation immediately, and with that your statutory right of withdrawal expires. A refund after unlocking is not provided for. If you have a problem with your invitation, write to us and we will find a solution. The details are in the cancellation policy.
