Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of Linkvite as a digital invitation platform.

Provider and service
The provider is Linkvite, owner Yousef Cherri, Saalgasse 38, 65183 Wiesbaden (further details in the imprint). Linkvite provides tools to design, unlock and share digital invitations with guests and collects the guests' replies in one place. Designing a draft is free. An unlocked invitation stays online for at least 24 months after the date of the celebration.
Packages, prices and contract
Every invitation needs its own package (Basic, Premium or Signature). The packages differ in the number of invitations and in scope, as shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are final prices and are paid once; there is no subscription. No VAT is charged under § 19 UStG (small business). The contract is concluded when you click the pay button at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider Stripe. The price shown at checkout before you pay applies. Promotions, voucher codes and the discount from the second invitation (20%, same account, within 12 months) are never combined; the lowest price applies. Voucher codes cannot be redeemed for cash and are valid only while they have not expired or been used up. You can buy a larger package at any time. You then pay what the larger package costs today, minus what you have already paid for this invitation, but never more than the difference between the regular prices.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days; details are in the withdrawal policy. Linkvite supplies digital content: at checkout, before paying, you expressly request that we unlock your invitation immediately and confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal then expires with the unlocking (§ 356 (5) BGB).
Upgrades and refunds
You can buy a larger package at any time and only pay the difference. Switching to a smaller package and refunds after unlocking are not provided for. If something is wrong with your invitation, write to us and we will find a solution.
Your own images
Only upload images you hold the necessary rights to and that the people shown have agreed to. We store them privately, show them only on your invitation and delete them with it. Images from a draft that is never saved are deleted after 14 days.
Custom design
With custom design we design your card to your wishes. If you order it for a new invitation, you pay for the package for your guests and for the design in one payment: the package at the price shown in the form before you pay (promotions, voucher codes and the discount from the second invitation apply as in § 2, but to the package only), the design always at the full price. For an invitation that is already paid for you can add custom design as long as you haven't invited any guests yet; you then only pay for the design. You receive the proposal within 5 working days, and one round of changes is included. While we are designing, you cannot change your invitation or invite guests. If you accept the proposal, it becomes your card and you can invite right away without paying a second time. Withdrawal: for the package § 3 applies; your right of withdrawal ends when the invitation is unlocked immediately after payment. For the design it ends as soon as the proposal has been fully delivered. Money-back guarantee: if you don't like the proposal after the round of changes either, we refund the design fee in full. Tell us within 14 days of the last proposal, using the button on your order page or by email. The guarantee applies once per account and to the design only: the package stays paid and you can use your invitation with any template. With the refund the draft stays with Linkvite and may not be used; your invitation keeps its previous design. If we cannot deliver, we refund the design in any case.
