Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Linkvite, owner Yousef Cherri, Saalgasse 38, 65183 Wiesbaden, Germany, email: hello@linkvite.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example an email or a letter). The easiest way is the button “Withdraw from the contract here” on our withdrawal policy page. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For a contract for the supply of digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance after you expressly consented to us beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB). At Linkvite, performance begins with the unlocking of the invitation immediately after payment. Custom design: the design is a service. Your right of withdrawal for it expires once we have fully performed it, meaning the proposal has been delivered, and we only began performance after you expressly agreed and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed (§ 356 (4) BGB). If you withdraw before that, you pay a reasonable amount for the part of the design we have already done (§ 357a (2) BGB). If you order package and design together, the paragraph above applies to the package: the right of withdrawal for the package expires when it is unlocked immediately after payment.
